SMART TV’S TERMS CONDITIONS
(A) All Smart Tvs come with the Manufacture Warranty .

(B) Extended Warrantys are available at the request of customers which can be added to the Credit Contract only at the time of purchasing the smart tv , not afterwards .

(C) The Customer understands that If the Manufacture doesn’t accept  the warranty repair request by the customer due to the  Maufactures reasons, example customer misuse , customer damaged;
Then the Hirepurchase customer understands that if their Credit Contract isnt paid off , they agree that theres still the balance of the Credit Contract to pay off to Mr Hirepurchase Ltd

(D)The Customer understands when purchasing the Smart  Tv that  the Warranty isnt a Mr Hirepurchase Ltd warranty.

( E) The Customer understands the warranty is solely the Manufactures warranty meaning the customer understands that they cant make Mr Hirepurchase Ltd liable and agrees to continue paying off the Smart  Tv till the Credit Contract is paid off in full regardless whether the Smart tv works or not.

(F) Mr Hirepurchase Ltd strongly advises the customer has
“Home Contents Insurance”
in case an accident happens in the home where the smart tv may not work due to customers accidental caused issues.
